What is the returns policy?
If you would like to return an item, notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your order. Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact.
Do I pay a return fee when I return my order?
Yes. Please note although the return shipping label is prepaid a return handling fee of 5 Euros will be deducted per order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
Where is my order?
When your order has left our warehouse we will email to let you know. Information about shipping and the estimated delivery date will be provided in checkout.
When will I get my refund?
We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
Our guarantee
At BXY Eyewear, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If an item does not meet these standards, please let us know. We will do our best to rectify the situation with a repair or exchange, free of charge.
All of our products are designed by our design team, located in Stockholm, Sweden. Our sunglasses are produced in Turkey, during ethical conditions. We avoid mass production and make our collections in a limited quantity. For us to be as sustainable as possible, we use paper instead of plastic on our packaging.
